Summerfest - Milwaukee, WI

I had a blast this past weekend in the great city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I took a roadtrip with my good friend Jamie to see a high school classmate and enjoy the festivities of the world’s largest concert series - Summerfest. We toured the city, spent some time on the Lake Michigan beach, and enjoyed the shows. We got to see Fuel, Sugarland, T-Pain, Sum 41, The Fray, Chris Brown, The Goo Goo Dolls, Lifehouse, Sara Evans, Ciara, Big & Rich, Ludacris, and O.A.R. all perform on the three days we were there. After Ludacris finished up on Sunday night, we had to make the 5 hour drive home in the middle of the night so Jamie could make it to work the morning shift at Andersen Windows. It was great to see my friends, and meet some new people down in Milwaukee. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

This week I’m in Des Moines, Iowa for a family gathering and a little 4th of July get-together. I’m really enjoying my time off work and soaking up the sun!
